Strategic Positioning of University Relations & Recruiting Task Force

Committee Charge: The task force will provide NACE and our members an insider view into the what, the why and the how to elevate the role of URR in an organization’s people strategy. So how exactly that that be done, you ask? The task force will utilize their findings to determine how NACE can assist members to implement leading practices that will empower UR&R teams to build the business case for UR and develop strategies aligned to their organizational goals. The taskforce will also consider how to best position UR&R as a strategic, long-term career path.
